Appointment time needs managing

Dear Dr Lee,

My husband, Daniel, baby Kaelyn and myself would like to say a million thanks to you for your professionalism, personable and patience for the past 40 weeks. We were so thankful that we went to your clinic and chose you as our gynae (we didn’t even look elsewhere (: ).

Thank you for always being so patient and thoughtful in giving us advices on our every visit for the good and bad, the potential problems that we may face as well. You have definitely lined up and prepared us for the best in every of our visit on what to expect throughout the pregnancy which this is very important to us as new parents. Not to forget as well that you are always very cheerful and pleasant to talk to. With all these, you have made us to ABSOLUTE faith in you to deliver our baby, where we know we are in your good hands! True enough where I have managed to deliver baby Kaelyn at 3.49kg healthily under your professionalism and care. We can’t be more grateful for this!

Last but not least, thank you for being a good doctor, a doctor with good heart. I am sure every patient of yours will have the same thought too. Till then if we were to have a second baby, we will definitely look for you again.

p/s: The only feedback that we have is the appointment timing. We always choose the earliest appointment at 9am or 930am however, we are always not the first where we thought perhaps the 9am is the first appointment. There will always be at least 2 or 3 more in front of us where they have the same appointment timing as well. So ended up we will always need to wait for 1 to 2 hours for our turn. Perhaps, can relook into the appointment slot if every single patient, you will need at least 0.5 hour to 1 hour then can take in the next appointment slightly later? Otherwise is like we reach there at 9am but only seeing you at 10am or 11am (where it happened before) and we were late for work because we only took half day for our appointment. But when you are having any emergency case or operations in the morning, that we understood. It is just that the waiting time can be more manageable if possible, as every new mum is always looking forward to their checkup and see their baby!

🙂

Thank you, Dr Lee!

Warmest regards,
Daniel, I-Lyn and Baby Kaelyn
